The Women's Resources Center will be offering confidential advising services to students and staff.

Our students need us now more than ever as we continue to navigate the multiple, ongoing pandemics that impact our communities. Isolation, worries over physical and mental health, and real concerns over safety on campus have a profound impact on individuals’ overall health and wellbeing. With the start of a new semester approaching, we wanted to reach out to our partners. Information through your syllabi, word of mouth, or including our information in newsletters and/or first class discussions on available campus resources really does a make a difference for our campus community.

Our Confidential Advisors have been working with students and employees throughout the pandemic using both our phone and virtual support services during the fall semester. We are now conducting walk-in services for those who cannot safely meet virtually or over the phone. With Illinois’ hybrid model extending to the spring semester, we are relying on your partnership to ensure students and employees are aware of the confidential services available to them. Your ongoing partnership helps us support not only survivors, but their support systems as well.

To contact the WRC and schedule a virtual or in-person appointment, contact them at 217-333-3137 or womenscenter@illinois.edu.
