Asian American Studies is happy to announce that Fiona Ngo, Assistant Professor of Asian American Studies and Gender and Women's Studies, has been awarded one of the highly competitive Illinois Program for Research in the Humanities Fellowship for 2013-2014. The IPRH grants fellowships to Illinois faculty who spend the year engaged in research and writing. Faculty Fellows are provided with one semester of release time and research funds. All Fellows are expected to maintain residence on the Illinois campus during the award year and to participate in IPRH activities, including the yearlong Fellows Seminar.
